Review: Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder

Pros:
- Inexpensive w/ large amount of product
- Good oil control
- Finely milled
- No fragrance
- Decent coverage (for colored powders)

Cons:
- No applicator/mirror comes w/ product
- Translucent doesn't go on clear for darker skin tones

Verdict:
4.5 out of 5
I would definitely recommend this to anyone with lighter skin tones and oily skin. This powder is scentless and doesn't have a lot of ingredients to cause allergic reactions.

Color: Transparent, though I've heard that some darker skin tones had problems with this looking white on their skin; Rimmel probably isn't the way to go with darker skin tones b/c it's a European brand
Texture: Very finely milled, absorbs into my skin flawlessly
Lasting power: Probably not 5 hours as it claims, but at least 2 hours - this really depends on how oily your skin is
Value: Very good value, for ~$5 you get 14 grams or product, which is more than any pressed powder that I've seen; the downside is it doesn't come w/ a mirror nor brush, but that's okay right? I always carry a mirror with me, and I could get a puff somewhere

Repurchase?
Maybe.
