Review: E.L.F. Studio Cream eyeliner

Swatched with an angled liner brush

After vigorous rubbing

Shown in Black

Pros
- Good pigmentation
- Decent staying powder
- Good color selection

Cons
-  Need to get a lot of product for a really dark line
- Plastic container not super airtight
- Smudges a little

Verdict
Since Target now carries E.L.F., this is the cheapest cream eyeliner available in drugstores. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't fade or budge too much after rubbing - much, much better than the L'Oreal HiP one. The Wet n Wild creme liner (for $4) has better staying power, but this is a great option as well.
Something I found in my experience with cream liners... Rather than using the rest of the leftover product on your brush to make a smudged line, it's better to get some more eyeliner, line your eye, then smudge it. This way it smudges less on the lower lash line if at all. (Hopefully that made sense)

$3 for 0.16 oz / 4.7 g
