Verdict:
If you wanted a multi-color palette, I think the Coastal Scents one might be more pigmented. This palette contains some colors that almost look like nothing. I picked the colors that looked more colorful to me, and they're all pretty sheer even over a base, with the exception of the green.
Luckily I got this on sale for $5, or else... For $10, I'd rather buy a smaller palette that actually has color.
