Bikini Tops! (for small chests)

Ironically, it poured for 4 hours today in NorCal, what happened to summer?
Supposedly we're going back to 80 degrees on Saturday, we'll see how that goes.
Anyway

Target Xhilaration brand
$17.99
I thought this was freaking adorable, and for $18 it's a lot less expensive than most bikini tops out there. I honestly don't understand why some bikini tops cost more than a one piece or tankini, since they clearly use more fabric on the latter.
This one's especially cute and great for small chests b/c of all the ruffly bows

Victoria's Secret Forever Sexy push-up bandeau, linked here and here (different colors/patterns for some bottoms)
$38 retail
$25.99 and $28 on sale right now (you'll see why for the different prices if you click the links. I'm NOT sponsored by VS by the way, as if they'd ever sponsor anybody)
I loved how this looked on the VS model, and I thought since it's a push up... It shouldn't look too bad on my  flat chest. Apparently the model has a relatively short torso, so the top itself is a lot shorter than I expected. At least it doesn't make me look super flat, I think

If you have a small chest as well... Be sure to get this in a bright color, because the eggplant plum color below made me look really uneven (pear-shaped), considering I have a skinnier torso to begin with compared to my lower body

Not sure if they have this in stores, but I ordered it online and let me tell you,
don't order from VS online unless you're 100% sure you'll keep it (which, for clothes and anything really... aren't always the case) because you have to pay at least $6 shipping, so you basically waste $12+ on shipping if you end up not liking something.
