Bottom: Few swipes
Shown in Angel's Blush (cool-toned pink)
Pros
- Buildable color
- Moisturizing
- SPF 20
Cons
- Clumps up if layered too much
- Not long-wearing
Value
$10 for 0.12 / 3.4 g
Overall: B-
I don't know if you guys noticed, but Neutrogena makeup tend to be overpriced for the quality. Maybe the foundations are okay for acne-prone skin, but it's too expensive and plain-looking (in terms of packaging) to intrigue me. I would never buy a lipstick from the drugstore for $10, but on sale this was okay.
Repurchase?

Verdict
Surprisingly, as a cool-toned pink, this is more wearable than the Rimmel Pink Blush, which is a few shades lighter. The packaging is very similar to some Shu Uemura lipsticks, which I love, though it might be a little bulky for some people since it's squared.
This lipstick has a very light fragrance, just a tinsy bit sweet, but if you don't sniff up the lipstick (like I did) then you may not notice it.
