Verdict

For whatever reason, all the waterproof mascaras I've tried smudge on me even with one coat. I will probably use this as a base coat to hold the curl of my lashes and layer other mascaras on top for length and volume. I am mildly disappointed that this mascara didn't do much, but at least it didn't clump.
