Verdict
Overall: A-
If you like liquid liners, this is definitely worth a try, although it'd take some practice to get the hang of the long brush tip, which tends to create thicker lines because of all the bristles. There is a waterproof version of this liner, but the reviews on Makeupalley seem to favor this one.
Repurchase?
Probably, if I ever get into liquid eyeliner.
