Hi everyone. Gosh I haven't blogged in months. I hope everyone's doing well! I've been busy with school and work so I haven't had the time to think about blogging.
But apparently I still had time to shop -_-
But apparently I still had time to shop -_-
Just an FYI, I got everything on sale or with a discount (I hate paying full price for anything). I didn't just decide one day to shell out all this $$ for all this. I've accumulated a bunch of products over the past... 4 months? Whenever I stopped blogging. I always go to Target and come out with a few things that's new and intriguing, *le sigh*
Photo taken with Samsung Galaxy S4 set on 3264x1836 (16:9) wide 6 megapixels per photo, in case it doesn't seem crisp or something. I've been very lazy with uploading from my camera, too bad the older ones don't have a wifi feature to upload directly onto this blog. |
From left to right:
Chanel Perfection Lumiere liquid foundation in 10 Beige
Maybelline Lash Stiletto Voluptuous in Blackest Black
L'Oreal Magic Nude Liquid Powder foundation in 316 Nude Beige
E.L.F. Lip Exfoliator with sugar and shea butter (good for lazy ppl I say)
Rimmel ScandalEyes Waterproof Gel Liner in Black
Nivea Lip Butter in Vanilla Macadamia Kiss and Raspberry Rose Kiss
Neutrogena All-in-one Acne Control
Neutrogena Clear Face liquid lotion sunscreen SPF 55 - missglamorazzi said it broke her out and I think I'm seeing that too, maybe I should return it while I still can
Neutrogena Naturals lip balm
Maybelline Dream Fresh BB cream
CoverGirl LashBlast Luxe mascara in 855 Emerald Black?
Shiseido samples (will report back if I try anything worth mentioning)
Origins Weil for Origins Skintone correcting serum - I've been wanting something to help with my acne scars, and you hardly see skin tone evening serums in drugstores
Maybelline Fit Me Shine Free foundation in 115 Ivory
Origins A Perfect World SPF 35 - slightly tinted sunscreen? The lady at the counter said it's good for oily skin, I'm a little on the fence esp since it wasn't cheap. I've always been a drugstore girl so for certain brands and products I feel like it's not worth the money
Shiseido White Lucent Brightening Moisturizing Gel - I had tried the White Lucent Moisturizing Emulsion (lotion form) earlier in the year and liked it, so I decided to get the whole line and hopefully lighten my acne scars
Shiseido Tinted UV Protector SPF 43 in Light
I get a feeling this is similar to Maybelline's Dream BB cream with a higher SPF. We'll see
Shiseido White Lucent Brightening Cleansing Foam - I noticed Pond's came out with a Luminous line of cleansers and lotion (similar to the Shiseido line) available in American drugstores, but I feel like Asian formulas work better with my skin?
Shiseido White Lucent Brightening Balancing Softener (I think this is really overpriced, albeit I get a discount but $48 for toner? Better be some good toner)
Chanel Double Perfection Lumiere SPF 15 powder foundation in 20 Beige - I couldn't resist the gorgeous Chanel packaging (esp after watching RAEview on Youtube with all her luxury cosmetics and skincare) since I can't afford any Chanel accessories, makeup will do till I get a real job after graduation :P
Random add-on
Loofa sponge things I saw at Daiso Japan for $1.50 each. SO CUTE
If they had Hello Kitty or Winnie the Pooh I would've snatched it up
Welp. That's it for now, if you're interested in seeing a review, definitely let me know!
I will be reviewing some things once I get around to taking photos of it on my skin or whatnot.
Hope to blog more in the next month, missed everyone on Blogger <3
I wonder how that Rimmel eyeliner works, since I am kind of on a hunt for cheap black liner that doesn't smudge on the hooded oily lids. The shiseido cleansers was amazing (it was the only thing that didn't sting my skin at its worst state), I just wish those are available in TJ maxx (35 dollars for cleanser is a bit too much, even though each tube lasts for 8 months).
ReplyDeleteyay! welcome back!, Im curious about the shiseido line. I too have acne scar that I want to lighten
ReplyDelete@Citrine I'll review it soon! So far the only one I've tried that has minimal smudging is the Wet n Wild. Haha I tried a sample of the Shiseido and thought it might be worth it to just get the whole White Lucent line
ReplyDelete@Ashley Thank you! I will report back soon xD
