Verdict
This is a review of the liner in old packaging, perhaps they changed the formula since. Anywho, this liner smudged on me within maybe 2 hours, good thing I wasn't doing anything important that day, because I don't have a good habit of checking my makeup.
Hope they improved the formula along with their new packaging
