New Jewelry: Jewelmint Summer Mystery Bag

Hello everybody,
Sooo I ordered the Jewelmint Mystery Bag a week ago since I'm not sure when my credits expire (and I always feel like $30 is too much for one piece so I love these types of deals).
Surprisingly, they sent me 3 pieces this time (the last time I got two pieces, see what I got here)

Tiger Cabochon Ring
Left: Worn on middle finger
Right: Worn on index finger

This is actually a really neat ring, I don't have anything like it. It is an antique silver tone though so I am not sure what I'll wear it with as of now (let me know if you have any ideas!). I got it in a size 8 (which is what I usually get) but it seems a bit big?

--------------------------------------------------------------

I will most likely wear the Steampunk earrings the most often out of these three pieces.
You can take off the "gear charms" if you want and I love hoop earrings.

Top row: Steampunk earrings
Bottom row: Thunderbird earrings (more red in real life)
I remember hollyannaeree talking about the Thunderbird earrings, and they looked nice on her.
To be honest, the plastic on Thunderbird seems kind of cheap in person, although it is a very unique piece and the color will definitely spice up your outfit.

Questions for everyone:
Do you guys like any of these pieces? Did you order any Jewelmint pieces lately that you like?
And if you ordered the mystery bag, what did you get and did you like it?
Let me know!

New Jewelry (Juicy Couture, Guess, Victoria Townsend)

Prices in ($) are retail, I got all of these on sale

Juicy Couture Faceted Heart earrings ($48)
These are so pretty! I wish I got the clear necklace to go with it but I actually gave that necklace to my friend for her birthday

Juicy Couture Faceted Heart necklace ($48)
I actually got this on sale to give to my other friend for her birthday, 5 months more to go!

Victoria Townsend Sterling Silver necklace ($90)
Available here. The gem amethyst is gorgeous (this pic does not do justice to the color)
I also love the teardrop design :) I've been wearing this whenever I wear silver jewelry

Guess bracelet ($25)
This was on clearance at Macy's and I really like these type of bands, currently on the lookout for a purse with this type of handle hehe :)

Jewelry Organizer

Excuse the snippet of me, I don't really look like much at home

From JCPenney's
I got it on sale for $49.99, not sure what price it is now... But I love it! It has a lot of compartments for my jewelry. One of the flaws I'd say is it doesn't have a good place for earrings (or maybe it does and I just can't tell o.O)

Jewelmint Setting Sun necklace

I've been pretty much wearing this with any outfit that I can pair it with ^^

If Jewelmint brings this back again, I highly recommend checking it out. I've been getting a lot of compliments from people saying they like the necklace.

Jewelmint Cupid Kit (expired moisturizer)

What it comes with:
- Pink "one-size fits all" camisole
- Weleda Wild Rose moisturizer, 1 oz / 30 ml (they say "top selling beauty product from luxury brands like Weleda and Laura Mercier"); I have been eyeing this at Target though so no complaints that I got it here
- A candy necklace
- A best selling Jewelmint piece

The one I happened to get are these Wonderland Earrings, which, surprisingly, I like better than the other two pieces I bought recently, the Diving Belle earrings (pictures here) and the Starlet Set (to be posted).

L: Back of earring, R: Front

Don't know about you guys, but when I saw these on the website I was kind of ehh they're nice but not worth $29.99. Along with this kit it's not too too bad,and they actually look nice on.
The clasp is a bit different from the typical dangling earrings I've seen, and it could hurt a little bit when you close the clasp if you aren't careful.

If you're interested, Jewelmint has this offer here for $29.99
I think this would be a great gift, assuming the person likes jewelry... Although the exterior packaging isn't the prettiest (it came in a plain, white cardboard box)

Wanna see something I found?

Yeah. It's about to expire. Or maybe it already did.
I wonder why Jewelmint did this... Or why the company did this...

Jewelmint Diving Belle Earrings

These earrings are quite heavy, but at least the backing is sturdy.

Forgot to take pictures of its little info card, but here's the description by Jewelmint:
Full speed ahead! Dive into fashion's deep end with these naval-inspired earrings. Our 1 1/4" pair boasts Montana-blue round crystals for a new glam take on military style. Featuring an edgy hematite finish, these sleek gems are the perfect addition to any voyager's collection.

I am mildly disappointed by this piece considering its weight, I will try to wear these with some outfits though.
If you're interested, you can purchase it here after you register for Jewelmint here, if you're already registered, you have to sign in to see these now, some annoying setting they got going on.
I didn't actually choose this piece, I got it as a "freebie" on an offer they had, which ended 1/23/12 7am, when Jewelmint was doing a buy one get one out of the four pieces they say are popular, which I tweeted about on Twitter here.
I was hoping for the Easy Rider Necklace, but of course I didn't get it. It'd be nice if they let you list the pieces you'd like in the order you would prefer next time, hmmm...

Jewelmint Starlet Set

Earrings are very simple, the backing is a little hard to take off considering how thin the earrings are.

Jewelmint Description:
Go gaga for this season's hot galaxy trend with this stellar trio. Our silver-plated necklace, measuring 19" with a 1 1/2" extender, features eight scattered star charms. This cosmic set gets an extra boost of star power with a matching ring and a 3" thread-through earrings. Wear them together ori ndividually for a spot of space age style.

I don't really under stand why Jewelmint do silver-plated products, it's not like Sterling Silver is that expensive o.O Gold plated I understand, but for $30... Hm.

This is one of the cheaper Jewelmint sets I've seen, I feel like you can easily find this at Claire's for like $6, although it's a 3-piece set. I am underwhelmed by the pieces I've purchased lately, bleh.
If you're still interested though, you can purchase it here after you register here
First time purchasers can usually use a code for 50% off or more, check Retail Me Not for recent codes.

Double-finger rings

$5.80 at Forever 21

$4.80 at Forever 21

Claire's and Kohl's also carry double-finger rings.

What do you think, do you like two-finger rings, or do you find them gawdy and large?

Jewelmint Blanc Bomb ring

Merry Christmas everyone!
I hope you all had a good holiday break :)

For some reason they didn't include an info card, hmm

This is basically a gold-white version of their Aqua Bomb ring (which is silver-aqua) linked here
I don't know if you can tell, but the ring actually puts space between my fingers, which can be uncomfortable until you get used to it

Price: $29.99
As usual, I recommend checking Retail Me Not for coupon codes if you're a first-time purchaser, or if you're buying several pieces at once

My Jewelmint Ornamint came in

Desert Rose necklace
Lady Noir rings

I am underwhelmed by this purchase, although I do like the fact that it's supposed to be a surprise
I would've like the aqua bomb ring, or something that I would've actually chosen to purchase

I can see myself wearing the brown-jewel ring some time, but the green is a little "bright" for me, esp with the jewel being so big.

I think the necklace is neat, but impractical... What could I actually wear this with? The model on the website was wearing a black top with this tied like a rope, I think I prefer wearing it like this.

A lot of coupon codes, they're all buy one get % off though which is a totally turn off for me -_-

For some reason they only included the info card for the rings, nothing about the necklace

I just read my email carefully and apparently you had to order before November 30th, sorry everyone who missed my tweets!

Jewelmint Bow Tie Bracelet

When I first opened the box, I was surprised how petite this little bracelet is. Immediately I thought, "there's no way this would fit." But fortunately it does (FYI, I have normal-ish wrists)
Excuse the arm hair, as you can tell it has small jewels and gold "dots" all over the top of the bracelet.

Clasp

For some reason my clasp doesn't click when it closes and occasionally becomes loose, maybe I got a slight dud?
Another problem I experience, since this holds an oval shape, when it moves around it sometimes leaves little press marks on my wrists. It doesn't really stay in place

Unlike most of their gold jewelry, this one's 14K gold-plated, which is neat.
Price: $29.99 as always, but first-time buyers always have a discount code, which I would check for at http://www.retailmenot.com which is also a great coupon site for any online shoppers.

Have you purchased for them? What did you get? Let me know in the comments :)

Jewelmint Hayden Necklace

How it looks when it came in
Below: Picture from Jewelmint website

In person, this is much cheaper-looking than I would've thought.
The pendant is also kind of heavy, which wouldn't bother me if the pendant actually looked nice.

A rare picture of my whole face, as you can tell I have sooo many bumps and acne and whatever. *le sigh*
