Comparison: Shu Uemura vs. Shiseido

Hi everyone,
I recently got the Shu Uemura & Shiseido eyelash curler, so I figured I might as well do a comparison because they are both well known eyelash curler brands.

As you can tell, the Shu Uemura one is slightly larger

And what matters the most ... The curvature
I realized when I took pictures of these that the curve is really ... The same. The only difference is that the Shiseido one is slightly smaller, so the curve is shorter, which is why it might fit your eye better

For my personally (I kind of have Asian eyes) they work the same for me, the Shiseido one might fit my eye slightly better, but there's no visible difference in my lashes.

I'd probably go with the Shiseido one if the usual eyelash curlers don't work for you (I've tried the Revlon one, too curved for my eyes), but Shu Uemura is sometimes more accessible (it's available at Ulta & Sephora, while Shiseido is only available at Sephora & select department store counters).

I actually bought these two on Ebay, for less than half the price including shipping (Shu Uemura: $6.49, Shiseido: $7.99). If you love a good bargain, I would suggest you buy them off there as well; the packaging might not be in perfect condition but it's what's inside that matters the most, right?

I actually wanted to get the Shiseido one at first, but at the time it cost ~$12 from most of the sellers, so I decided to get the Shu Uemura one to see maybe it'll work. It was okay, but I checked Ebay again the other day and found that Shiseido was actually only ~$8, so I decided to get it. Too bad I can't return the Shu Uemura one anymore :/ Maybe I can give it to someone as a gift.

I'll make a video as soon as my skin doesn't look so crappy, which could be in the next week. Hope you guys are doing well, see you!
