Hi everyone,
I usually never buy makeup at Target, because they don't have very good sales... But these days, I've given up on following sales, too tedious and tempting.
However, if you ever buy makeup or skin care at Target, BEWARE that you will not be able to return it once you open it. Their return policy apparently isn't as good as Rite Aid or CVS.
This actually never happened to me at a bigger Target near me, but a smaller one even closer to where I live did not allow returns of skin care and makeup that was open.
Revlon products were on a 10% off, so I got some things I've been interested in for a while but never got
Revlon PhotoReady foundation in 002 Vanilla ($9.09)
I suspect this shade might be too light for me from all the swatches online, but the color in real life seems fine?
Revlon Super Lustrous lip gloss in Pink Whisper and Coral Reef ($5.34 each, not the cheapest but better than like $9 that it costs at CVS, I remember a few years ago when it was only $7 at Longs Drugs)
Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash Pink Grapefruit foaming scrub ($6.98 for a 2-pack, on clearance)
I really love the smell of this (I've tried the gel cleanser) and if my skin ever gets dry I will be trying the cream cleanser.
As I've said in a previous blogpost, if you frequently shop at Target, definitely get their REDcard, which gives you a 5% discount every time you buy something (I don't think it matters what you buy, but there may be exceptions)
They have a debit card as well as a credit card, for younger people without a "real," stable job, I recommend the debit card, which basically just charges your bank account.
5% isn't very much, but if you go there a lot like me, it definitely adds up.
everything is getting more expensive nowadays ~_~...
ReplyDeletebut revlon products are still nice n it lipglosses are still worth the price (i reckon) =)
