Last week, June 28th, I decided to pay a visit to Rite Aid b/c I heard there were good clearance sales there (haven't been there in ages, perhaps a year?) but I was too late, all the good stuff were gone, and the things that were on sale I already saw at CVS anyways
In addition to that, I went the Victoria's Secret to use this card:
But it turns out I read wrong, it's free underwear w/ any purchase, not just free -_- like they used to do before, unfortunately
So then I went to BB&W, and got a lip gloss, pictured along w/ the Rite Aid stuff
Jesse's Girl Lip Juice in Pink Lemonade - it was only $1.99 and a cute color, so I had to get it, it's so tiny!
Liplicious Tasty lip gloss in Plumped Grape - I read Makeupalley reviews right after I got home, people had mixed reviews of the smell, and when I opened it, it was really repulsive, smells like burnt plastic + grapes. BUT, the other day I smelled it again, it's not so bad now, hmmmm.
N.Y.C. Brow/Eyeliner pencil in Taupe - Rite Aid had a BOGO50% off on N.Y.C. cosmetics, this kind of sale I usually don't catch, but I had a $1 off coupon, so I got something. I was hoping this would be like the Wet `n Wild pencil in Taupe, haven't tried it yet, but reviews on Makeupalley say it's not as good texture-wise
N.Y.C. liquid eyeliner in Jet Black - It's pretty black, I've seen my friend use it, I've always doubted it'll stay on my eyes, but since it was on sale, w/e, we'll see
Along with that, at BB&W, I got a back up of my favorite body spray:
Country Apple, it smells the most natural out of all the apple body sprays I've tried, they're usually too fragrance-y or too artificial, country apple is just right :)
Anyway, quick updated:
I've been breaking out like crazy this last week, I got a cystic acne spot next to my left eyebrow, and another one next to my nose on my right cheek. It's really red, and hard to cover up, good thing I haven't been going anywhere. I think my skin reacted badly to the Olay cleanser, which I stopped using, but the St. Ives one doesn't seem to help too much at the moment. Maybe I should start using the L'Oreal 360? Idk. I'm just annoyed that my skin looks this bad while I've been staying home, drinking all this water!
